• You may sign in through WhatsApp OTP, email magic link, Google login, or other supported methods shown on the website.
• You are responsible for keeping your phone number, email account, and device secure because they may be used to access your VRAJORA account.
• VRAJORA may limit, suspend, or refuse account access where misuse, suspicious activity, invalid information, or operational risk is detected.

Products & Availability

VRAJORA sells Laddu Gopal dresses, poshaks, spiritual accessories, and related devotional products. Product images, colors, size descriptions, and availability are shown as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor differences may occur due to photography, display settings, handmade variation, or stock changes.

Pricing

Prices are shown on the website and may change without prior notice. The final checkout amount may include product subtotal, shipping, taxes or charges where applicable, and any discount or adjustment shown before payment. VRAJORA may correct pricing or product errors where required.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only after required checkout details are submitted, payment is successfully verified, and VRAJORA confirms the order in its system.

Payments

VRAJORA uses Razorpay for payment processing. Payment must be completed through the payment options shown at checkout. VRAJORA verifies the Razorpay payment details on the server before marking an order as paid and confirmed. Do not share banking passwords, UPI PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials with VRAJORA support.

Shipping

Shipping timelines depend on product availability, destination, courier operations, and other practical factors. VRAJORA uses the shipping information you provide to dispatch and support your order. Delivery may be delayed by incorrect address details, courier issues, local restrictions, weather, festivals, or other circumstances outside VRAJORA's direct control.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund requests are reviewed based on order status, product condition, customization, hygiene or devotional-use considerations, delivery status, and payment records. Approved refunds, where applicable, may be processed through the original payment method or another method communicated by VRAJORA support.

VRAJORA's name, branding, website design, product presentation, text, images, and other store materials belong to VRAJORA or its respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, or misuse website content without permission.
