How to Request Deletion

• Email support@vrajora.com from the email address linked to your VRAJORA account, or contact VRAJORA using the phone number listed on this page.
• Use a clear subject such as Data Deletion Request so the request can be identified quickly.
• Include the email address or mobile number used for your VRAJORA account, and any recent order number if your request relates to an order.
• VRAJORA may ask for reasonable verification before deleting account information so that another person cannot delete your account without permission.

What Can Be Deleted

You may request deletion of your VRAJORA customer account and personal information associated with that account, such as profile details, login identifiers, and related authentication records where deletion is practical and permitted.

Information That May Be Retained

Some transaction, payment-status, invoice, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, delivery, or order-support information may need to be retained where legally required or where necessary for legitimate business records. If VRAJORA must retain limited information, it will be kept only for the purpose requiring retention.

Processing Time

VRAJORA will review deletion requests and respond after verifying the account details. Completion time may depend on the request scope, pending orders, support issues, payment records, and legal or operational retention requirements.

Before You Request

• Make sure there are no active orders that still need delivery, support, refund review, or payment reconciliation.
• Save any order details you may need later, because account deletion may limit your ability to view account history from the website.
• If you only need to correct your email, phone number, or shipping details, contact VRAJORA support instead of requesting full deletion.
